ADR (Agility Data Radio)

The ADR is a software-defined radio that offers unparalleled flexibility. It can access more spectrum and support more throughput than any radio product on the market today and its price is competitive with conventional radios designed to target a single application. It is designed to support access to the TV Bands when approved by the FCC, expected in December 2011. (More)

Agility Data Radio (continued)

The Agility Data Radio (ADR) includes 4 models that offer a variety user-configurable data rates, channel bandwidths and operating frequency bands. The ADR is supplied with one of the RF Modules below and operates on any channel within the modules frequency range. A wide variety of applications are supported including Video Surveillance and broadband wireless Internet access. The radio may be used to create Point-to-Point (PTP), Point-to-Mulitipoint (PTM) or simplex (one-way) networks. Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces are available.

The ADR operates in both licensed and unlicensed spectrum, including the recently approved VHF/UHF Television Bands. It functions as a Fixed TVBD as defined in Part 15, Subpart H of the FCC Rules. Extensive on-line diagnostics support proactive troubleshooting and avoidance of downtime. Local and remote network management is provided through a secure shell (SSH) network connection. Remote management is supported over the wireless link. Local management is provided through an embedded client accessible with any Internet browser.
